Welcome to Bahar Art-Works, I am D. Rashad Bahar originally from Dallas Texas currently living in Corpus Christi, TX. I have been painting Fine Contemporary Art for 35 years. My choice of medium is acrylic paint, pen and ink, and multi media on canvas. My favorite subjects to paint are still life, abstracts, landscapes, sunsets, and sky scenes. I specialize in Islamic Art, effectively capturing all aspects of Islamic culture in a manner that coincides with Islamic guidelines. My hope is to provide Muslims with an Islamic alternative to wall hanging pitchers that are beautiful and relevant to the Islamic life style.
